Background
Power system failure is always followed by equipment loss and production loss due to unexpected outage, even causing irreparable accident to employees. Fault investigation not just reveal the true causes of failure, and is beneficial to prevent similar incidents from happening, and further to improve the power system for a safer environment.This is a procedure description, not a case study
